Simple Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 6 oz ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Directions & Serving Size

  1. Mince garlic.
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a large frying pan. When melted, saute the mushrooms, onions, and
    carrots until tender.
  3. Add the garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
  4. Add the baby spinach and cook until wilted.
